Helen has been described as sparkling by other business owners and is multi skilled in social media, online marketing and business admin support.

Helen had the idea of setting up her own business when she was in a job where her skills weren’t being utilised.  Helen originally had the idea of setting up her own typing business as she is a trained touch typist with a typing speed of 96 words per minute.  It wasn’t until a meeting with Business Link where she was introduced to the world of Virtual Assistants.

Helen quickly realised she had the skills and expertise to help businesses.  She sought help from the Virtual Assistant Coaching and Training Company,  completed the Virtual Assistant Masters Course and graduated in 2013.

Four years on and Helen has supported businesses in the United Kingdom and the United States and has grown her team offering additional services.  Helen won the Sun FM Community Award 2013, shortlisted for City Champion at the Amazing Wearside Awards 2014 and was added to the Journals Twitterati 2014 for her social media skills.

Helen’s knowledge of social media is excellent and she uses this knowledge to build her own and client business.  She also founded the very popular and successful #sunderlandhour Twitter hour, which helps businesses grow their services via social media and an online hub.  Helen has implemented social media campaigns for clients throughout the country and is well established as a Social Media Specialist.
