How to ensure emails reach your main inbox in Gmailadmin
I’ve been sending mail campaigns for months now but a lot of my clients with gmail tell me they don’t receive them…. How frustrating.
After investigating this is down to the new tabs that were implemented by Gmail and people ignoring the promotions tabs where campaign emails go.
The easiest way of making sure you receive emails from me or an organisation you want to hear from is simply moving the email into the primary inbox.
To do this:
Select the email by placing a tick in the box
Drag the email into the primary inbox
Gmail will then ask you if you want to make this permanent for all future emails from this sender
From now on all emails from that person will arrive in your primary inbox.
