Over the summer we have seen changes on various social media networks. One of the major changes was Facebook, which I previously blogged about.
Twitter has made changes to personal and business users with the aim of attracting new potential users. Twitter is also attempting to get businesses to invest in advertising.

These changes weren’t received well with the community, however Twitter is trying to improve the overall user experience and will evaluate what works and what doesn’t.
